Breakfast Stuff
1 package of bacon
6-10 eggs
1 frozen bag of southern style hash browns
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp powdered mustard
garlic salt
pepper
salt
Thinly slice bacon (you don't really need the whole package, but we like a lot of bacon in ours). Cook on the stove until crispy. Remove bacon from the grease and set aside. Cook hash browns in bacon grease until brown and crispy on the sides. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
In the meantime, combine eggs, milk, powdered mustard, salt and pepper (to taste) in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
When hashbrowns are done cooking, add cooked bacon and mix thoroughly. Then fold in egg mixture. Cook until egg is cooked all the way through.
Serve with cheddar cheese on top.
