Cranberry Chicken

2-3 chicken breasts, cut up into large cubes
8 oz. french dressing (1/2 a bottle, whichever brand you prefer)
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cranberry sauce (I suggest using the kind with whole cranberries in it)

Mix the dressing, soup mix, and cranberry sauce together. Pour over the chicken and bake in an uncovered pan (I use a Corning ware dish) @ 325 for about an hour, or until chicken is done. I recommend checking it at about 45 min. in order to prevent it from getting too dry.

Serve over white rice.
